It depends on which room you hire. Our largest rooms The Shrimp Bar and The Flamboyance can accommodate around eight people each.

Whereas our smallest room, The Nest is limited to five people.

Yes, you don’t need to have podcasting experience to hire our podcasting studio.

Just be sure to let us know when making the booking so we can provide the right assistance. You’ll likely need a producer, sound technician, or videographer to help with the podcast preparation and technical aspects.

When you book the studio, that time is reserved just for you—and often means we’ve turned others away. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, it’s unlikely we can rebook the slot, and that costs us money.

That’s why cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. We’ll always try to reschedule if we can, but we can’t guarantee availability.

Need to Reschedule?

We get it—plans change! If you need to move your booking, just let us know at least 2 weeks in advance, and we’ll happily find you a new slot.

If it’s less than 2 weeks before your session, we’ll try to help—but we can’t promise we’ll be able to reschedule, and it may count as a cancellation if it's too close to your original date.

Giving us notice means we can stay flexible and keep things fair for everyone!

We operate normal office hours (9am to 5pm) Monday to Friday.

However, depending on our studio availability, we can sometimes offer out of hours bookings on an adhoc basis. Please note, there may be additional costs for out of hours bookings.

Yes, there’ll always be someone available on-site to meet and great you and to help with basic queries.

Although if you need technical assistance on the day, be sure to mention that when booking, so we can ensure there’s an audio technician or videographer available to help.

Yes, whether you’re recording an audio or video podcast, we can provide facilities for remote guests.

Please let us know in advance if you will be recording remote guests as it’s likely to change the way we configure your podcast set.

For video podcasts, we’ll setup a monitor behind the camera so it feels like you’re speaking to the guest in person. For audio podcasts we’ll setup a laptop along with a recording microphone.

Yes, you can bring your own equipment, that’s no problem. Although we have audio and video recording equipment should you need it.
