For video podcasts, we generally have a three camera setup. We use professional Black Magic G2 6k cameras to get the best possible video footage.

We also have teleprompters and a variety of camera lenses for every eventuality and camera angle you need.

Your dedicated videographer will be on hand to record your intros and outros, podcast episode, and any B-roll footage.

    To capture audio, we have various options including RØDE PodMics, Shure, and Blue Yeti microphones.

    If you want to bring your own audio or video equipment, let us know when making your studio booking.

  • We use lapel mics or directional microphones where possible to get great sound quality from you and your podcast guests.

    We ensure our cameras are configured with the correct camera settings for the output you need.

    Before recording every podcast our team runs through a series of sanity checks to ensure our video and audio equipment are working correctly on the day.

  • Yes, our team can drive and we’re happy to travel to you, so long as you are based in (or near) the North East of England.

  • Yes, generally speaking, we’re happy for you to bring your own equipment. Although we will need to know in advance if you plan to do this.

  • Yes, we can accommodate live streaming sessions.

    Live streaming often requires additional setup and specialist equipment, so you’ll need to provide as much notice as possible about your desired format before you arrive.

  • When interviewing guests remotely, here are some technical requirements to get a good recording:

    • A suitable room to record in. Soft furnishings can do a lot to reduce room echo.

    • A semi-decent microphone such as a Blue Yeti mic.

    • Earphones to reduce feedback,

    • A modern browser to run podcast recording software such (we often use Riverside)
