The Nest is also kitted out with soft, comfortable furnishings, laid back lighting, and relaxing emerald green decor.
And of course, the room is fully equipped with state of the art recording equipment, including RODE microphones, a RODE caster and professional boom arms.
What Is The Process?

Get in touch with us about your audiobook idea, and we will be happy to discuss this with you, and plan your potential booking with us.

Once we’ve had a chat, and you’re reading to get started on your audiobook journey, we will welcome you to our studio for your first day!
Take a seat in the shrimp bar and relax.
We will offer you a refreshment and talk you through the plan for the day, or days, depending on how long you’d like to work with us!
You’ll also get to meet our friendly team, and ask as many questions as you desire!
There are no silly questions here.

We’ll help you get comfortable in The Nest, and ensure you have plenty of beverages with you to wet your whistle!
Then it’s time for a sound check, this won’t take long, and will ensure that we’re creating the best possible content together!

And…. we are recording!
The most exciting part, the recording!
Don’t worry if you need to retake, or you can’t get it ‘right’ straight away.
This is totally normal, and we will work with you and support you to ensure the BEST quality audio is recorded.
Take your time, we’ve got you!

Now its time for the editing!
This can be done by us, or by you, depending on your preferences.
We can help to ensure your sound is crystal clear, any unwanted background noise such as table bangs or scratches are vanished, and add in any accompanying audio/sound effects!

Once the editing is done, your audiobook can finally be released!
How exciting!
Depending on your preferences, we can help you with the distribution process, or you can do this yourself too!
All thats left to do is congratulate you on the release of your audiobook, well done you!
